Choose our YA book subscription for stories with teen protagonists and more complex, adult themes. Tell us what kind of books you love, and we’ll get your TBR pile stacked in no time.
How it works
Every month we’ll select a title from our teen section and carefully wrap it and deliver it, along with a bar of Tony's Chocolonely, along with a subscriber-exclusive bookmark in the first month!
3 months - £18.33 per month
Three paperbacks delivered over three months, each accompanied by a bar of Tony's Chocolonely.
6 months - £16.67 per month
Six paperbacks delivered over six months, each accompanied by a bar of Tony's Chocolonely.
12 months - £15.83 per month
Twelve paperbacks delivered over twelve months, each accompanied by a bar of Tony's Chocolonely.
FAQs
What happens after I buy?
We’ll send you a short survey with some questions (who is the subscription for, how do we best contact them, etc.) to kick things off. Then we’ll sort out book preferences and where to deliver them, and we’re off!
If you’re buying the subscription as a gift and you'd like a gift card to give to the recipient, you can either collect one from our shop or download the gift card image from the gallery on the left (right click on the image and select Save Image).
How do you choose the books each month?
When you start your subscription, we’ll ask you for your reading preferences – what you like, what you don’t like, authors you’ve enjoyed in the past, and themes you’re interested in. You can be as detailed as you like! Our booksellers will then match you with a book we think you’ll enjoy, aiming to choose more recent releases to avoid sending you something you’ve already read. You can give us feedback on each pick to improve our recommendations, or you can just wait and see what arrives each month and get stuck in!
When will I receive my book each month?
We post all the subscriptions on the 1st of each month, so they should be with you by the 5th.
The cut-off date for new subscriptions is the 20th of the month. If you sign up for a subscription before the 20th January then we'll post your first subscription on 1st February, if you sign up after 20th January we'll post your first subscription on 1st March.
What happens if I already have the book you've sent me, or I don’t think I’ll like it?
Don’t worry! If you contact us within a week of receiving your book, we’ll arrange a replacement for you. You’ll just need to return the unwanted book to the shop in the same condition you received it.
